Following on the heels of the adventures with the ABC blocks, Walter and Melissa shared a Sesame Street book of letters...

The Blocks

Walter and I began building towers of blocks last week. I guess that it was in preparation to doing a firefighting rescue of the inhabitants as he had to dress up in his fireman gear.


They went up...


...and up...


...up...


...and up... but,



what goes up, must come down. So we had an impromptu exercise in Newtonian physics as well.


We got them built pretty high...


but eventually, they still came crashing down.


Brother was interested too...


and then even Poe came out to see what all the fuss was about.

35 months!

One month shy of his third birthday, Puppy has to join Walter everywhere he goes.

Byron gets so overtired that he's been known to fall asleep sitting up mashing his face into the netting of his bed.

Byron is a happy boy. He now has two teeth and he's getting to use a spoon and sometimes feed himself when he's lucky enough to get it into his mouth.






And he even gets it into his mouth, even though its the wrong end...
