The Boys and I Tonite

Goofing around after supper tonite.

Our First Halloween Pumpkin!

This was Walter's first Halloween pumpkin that we carved together. He really wanted to help...



...but was more curious than anything by the pumpkin's guts...


... but helped scoop out only with the aid of a plastic bag over his hand.








Once the little surgeon removed his gloves, he helped trace and carve and remove.


And voila! The pumpkin Mr. Bonehead.




Sitting now proudly out on the front porch.

Halloween Candy

Thanks to Grandmas who sent a ton of chocolate and molds for them, Walter helped make his own personal stash of chocolate bats and skeletons.

Byron at the Swings

After soccer practice, Byron decided to try out the swings. At his age, Walter hated the swing, but Byron got into it and laughed harder the higher I swung him.
