Homemade Wine

The beginning of my homemade wine, lovingly and colloquially known as 'inmate brew' as its a simple recipe for a convict's illicit alcohol. Juice in its container ferments for two week along with sugar, raisins and yeast and capped with a balloon that has a few holes poked in it to allow the fermenting CO2 to escape. I just decanted it into three bottles today and will sample it tonight!

Byron The Artist!

Last week Byron drew me a picture on his chalkboard. It was pretty detailed and involved, much moreso than I can remember, but I'm in the middle and Byron is on the left and Walter, the right. Those are clouds in the sky and soon there was grass on the ground and I think that a zombie found its way in there somewhere!
