Pot Roast!!!
One of the huge Hubbard squashes that my mom brought on her visit. This one was sitting on the cellar stairs before I accidentally kicked it down the stairs. It split neatly ion half when it hit the concrete floor. Oh well, we were planning on eating it soon anyways. It was great roasted and also found its way into a sweet bread. Byron is even getting some vegetable without knowing about it!
Here you may get an idea of its size. Its a handful!
