Homemade Wine


The beginning of my homemade wine, lovingly and colloquially known as 'inmate brew' as its a simple recipe for a convict's illicit alcohol. Juice in its container ferments for two week along with sugar, raisins and yeast and capped with a balloon that has a few holes poked in it to allow the fermenting CO2 to escape. I just decanted it into three bottles today and will sample it tonight!
